Yesterday we had Fast and Testimony meeting, during one of the awkward long pauses, Jack asked Heather why no one was going up. She explained they were waiting for people in the congregation to go up. He said, "I'll go up!" Then he asked Heather to go up with him. He bore a great testimony about knowing the church is true and that Joseph Smith restored the Kingdom. He knows Heavenly Father loves him.
Kate hadn't realized that Jack and Heather had gone up so as soon as she heard Jack talking over the speakers she said "I want to go up" So when they sat down, I took Kate up. She was a little nervous but wanted to do it. She asked me to tell her what to say, but I told her she had to do it on her own. I bore my testimony first and then she got up after and bore her testimony all by herself. She knows the Church is true and that she loves Heavenly Father. She did a great job!!
We couldn't have been more proud of our kids and how much they teach us!!!
